1. "Annual growth" calculated as 10 year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) on headcount numbers.
2. Income is collected on the annual financial aid file which lags the most recent enrollment file by up to 18 months.
3. Income range (i.e., lower, middle and upper) is defined by the federal poverty level (FPL)
"Lower Income Range": 0 to 200% of FPL
"Middle Income Range": 201 to 400% of FPL
"Upper Income Range": 401% of FPL and above.
4. Foreign Students & Unknown/Unreported figures omitted from the data.
5. Most recent years between the two charts are different. This is due to the difference in collection cycle between the enrollment and financial aid data files.
